I have returned my order, when will I receive my money?
After we have received your package, you will receive your money after 5 business days when using a Dutch bank.
With an European bank you will get your money within 10 business days.

What is the delivery time?
We will do our best to send out your order as soon as possible. For orders within the Netherlands, we ask you to expect delivery time to be up to 5 business days.
For other countries in Europe, please expect delivery time to be up to 10 business days.

How can I track my order?
When we register the order at the post office, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail.

How do I send an item back?
Unworn items may be returned to us within 30 days. This can be placed in the same package in which you received it. The costs are for your own account. Please write this address down:

Would you rather not pay for the return? In that case you can change the items in our Surfshop, for free!

What can I do if the item is damaged?
Please send us an e-mail to TheCollection@brouwersdam.nl with the name of the item, the size and what the exact issue is.

How many days right of return?
All items of which the invoice has been paid within the payment period can be returned to us within 30 days. This is possible if the items are unworn, in their original condition and the orginal labels are still attached.
It is of course allowed to fit the items in a hygienic way. Labels and tags may not be removed. If you want to return the item, make sure that the item is clean and that you send it back to us in the original condition and packaging.
